Women’s & individual sessions are person-centered and client-led, with a focus on your immediate needs, goals, and experiences. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we explore what matters most to you.

I integrate elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, body awareness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring our work to what feels most helpful for you. When trauma is part of your story, I may also incorporate Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help you process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and build a greater sense of safety and agency.

Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop a deeper understanding of yourself in a way that feels collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in who you are.

Women's Life Transitions - Supporting women through grief, menopause, empty nest, aging, trauma, and other significant life transitions with greater resilience, self-compassion, and renewed purpose.

Do I work with men? You bet! - I believe everyone can benefit from a feminist lens—one that recognizes how larger systems, including patriarchy, shape our experiences, relationships, expectations, and sense of self. My work with men creates space to explore these influences without judgment, while building greater self-awareness, emotional connection, and healthier ways of relating.

“I’ve lived so many lives, and they were all good. I can look back and see what I’ve gained, how I’ve evolved. Whether it was sorrowful times or turbulent times, they all formed me.”
— Patti Smith
