Neuroaffirming Adolescent Care
Neuroaffirming Therapy for Teens – Helping adolescents better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and navigate anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and the challenges of growing up.
Adolescence can be a complicated time of figuring out who you are, where you belong, and how to navigate relationships, emotions, and an increasingly demanding world. For neurodivergent teens, these challenges can sometimes feel even more overwhelming. I offer a neuroaffirming, compassionate space where teens can better understand themselves—not as something that needs to be fixed, but as a whole person with unique strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world.
Together, we can explore anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, self-advocacy, and the everyday challenges of growing up. My approach is relational and collaborative, building trust and helping teens feel genuinely seen and understood. I work to create a space where adolescents can develop greater self-awareness and confidence while learning skills that support healthier relationships, emotional well-being, and a stronger sense of who they are.
