Relationships Reimagined…
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and reconnect with the needs and emotions beneath conflict. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), along with attachment theory, mindfulness, and body awareness, to help partners develop greater understanding, emotional safety, and more connected ways of relating.
When trauma is part of a couple’s story, I bring a trauma-informed lens to the ways past experiences can shape trust, communication, safety, and connection. And when a relationship is coming to an end, I also support couples through mindful separation—creating space to navigate change with compassion, clarity, and respect.
Couple and Relational Support
Relational Transitions & Attachment – Helping couples strengthen connection, navigate transitions, and heal the impact of life's challenges through greater understanding, communication, and secure attachment.
Couples therapy may focus on strengthening connection and communication, understanding recurring relationship patterns, navigating significant life transitions, and addressing relationship difficulties.
Mindful Separation is offered as a separate service for couples who have already made the decision to separate

In Mindful Separation work, I provide a structured and supportive space for partners to process the ending of their relationship, communicate more effectively, navigate practical and emotional transitions, and consider how they want to move forward—particularly when children, shared responsibilities, or ongoing contact are involved.
The focus is not on determining who is right or wrong or assigning blame, but on supporting both partners in moving through the transition with greater clarity, compassion, and respect. The goal is to help couples create a more intentional path forward, even when the relationship itself is coming to an end.
